Lexi's First Birthday

My birthday cake was so yummy.......my mom made it for me. It tasted like peanut butter but mom said it had other stuff in it that was good for me like carrots. I got to eat it all by myself. It was really little even though it looks big in the picture.
This is my new birthday dress. Mom thought I needed a black dress and pearls for my birthday.

Mom made it for me because they don't sell dresses for Golden Retrievers.
I got some stuffies (my favorite) for my birthday. I really like the soccer ball. It is nice and soft with a squeaker inside. I was happy to get my new Wubba bunny because I already tore apart the one that I had in my last video. My girl picked out all my birthday stuffies for me.

Another reason I had a great birthday was that my boy came home from a 4 day school camp in the mountains and I really missed him.

My First Christmas

My Christmas Day started out by mom putting my sweater on me. After she saw the look on my face she took it off and never put it back on.
This was my first present.....I didn't know what to do with it so I ran outside with it and just sat there for a while. They never let me have paper to shred so I was a little confused.
This is after I got the hang of opening presents. I had a great time after that.
This is one of my new stuffies. A "Chewy Vuitton" purse that my girl got me.
I am guarding some of my new toys. My rabbit stuffie has a squeaker in it that sounds like a duck. I really like my teddy bear Wubba.
This is my dad holding me and my rabbit stuffie (he is the only one that can lift 60 lbs). I guess he is making a funny face because I am pretty big and wiggly.
Note from Lexi's mom: These are the treats that were wrapped up but she ate them so fast that I could not get a picture (except for the cupcake that she ate earlier). I think Lexi had a fun FIRST Christmas. Having her made our Christmas even more special.
