Getting ready for Christmas

My mom put the Christmas Tree up a few days ago and I was getting so excited to play with it.........then she put up a fence around it. She thinks I might eat it and the ornaments. She's right...that's just what I had in mind. I wonder if one of those presents is for me?
This is me on the new wood floor. My dad is putting it in himself on the weekends, so he just does one room at a time. I am getting the hang of running on wood............ but I like carpet better. My mom wanted green walls so now my whole house is slowly turning green. My mom thinks it looks happy.

  1. Hi Lexi!!! Mom was right!!! I love to eat the cinnamon ornaments that my sister made!!! Your floors look beautiful, my mom says our's looked like that before I entered the house!!! Have a great day!!!

    lotsa licks,

  2. Hi Lexi,

Your house looks very purdy and festive. Mom loves your green walls.

  3. Hi Lexi!!!! Nice to see you again pal! Too bad about the tree fence! We have a few decorations up, but seem to be out of my reach...bummer. I am sure that if we had a tree here, mom and dad would probably hang it from the ceiling so I couldn't get to it or something silly like that!! Our funny hoomans.

    Hugs and snaggle-tooth kisses,
    Sierra Rose

  4. Everything looks really pretty Lexi. My Mom was worried about our tree when I was a youngster too. The only time I make trouble is when my ball rolls underneath and I will do whatever it takes to get it out!

  5. Wood is hard, it leads to spinning out when approaching a corner :) be careful!

  6. Hi, Lexi!
I am sure you will find presents for you under your tree! Just be patient!
Your Dad did a pawesome job! The floor looks beautiful!
    Kisses and hugs

  7. Woof! Hi There ... Good to hear from you. It's been so long. I guess lots of happening on your house. GREAT floors ... hope its scratch proof. I did a remarkable job making my "marks" on our lovely floor(s). GREEN is a lucky color ... great choice. Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar

  8. Helloooo! Lexi, I'm sorry I haven't visited your blog. I'm happy to see you're getting ready for the Christmas and you're looking gorgeous too!

  9. Hey Lexi! Great to see you again! Nice green walls! My hooman loves color on walls but my hooman dad doesn't...sigh!
I'm behaving pretty well around the Christmas tree; maybe your hooman can watch you for a while or just use the gate when she's not around.
    Your pal,

  10. Oh Lexi! Mom is laughing and laughing cause the X-Pen's around the tree and not you ho ho!!! Love the new wood floors - your dad is sure talented at such things! But those ornaments sure do look tempting!
